Hotels
Retailers can book one complimentary bedroom per Retailer for the evening of Thursday 14th May, at a hotel within driving distance of CBS Arena, Coventry.
All rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Hotels booked via the registration portal include return transfers to the After Party.
Please note: If you book a hotel room and do not use it, you will be charged the full cost of your room. Any cancellations made after Thursday 12th February 2026, will incur a £110 fee per room.
